What is 195-0?

Every round combines a country with a profession or public persona. You choose a candidate, decide where they belong in the cabinet, and live with the consequences.
How to play 195-0
Open a new cabinet with five empty government roles.
Review the randomly selected country and candidate category.
Pick one of the available people from the current curated pool.
Seat the candidate where their strengths—or flaws—fit best.
Complete the cabinet and reveal your final score out of 195.
Choose the right cabinet roles
Sets the tone for the whole cabinet. Political authority and command experience tend to travel well.
Adds support and balance. A dependable second-in-command can rescue an otherwise chaotic lineup.
Leads the campaign. Military backgrounds help, while an improvised appointment can hurt badly.
Controls the story. Performers, broadcasters, and cultural figures can turn attention into momentum.
Keeps the campaign funded. Financial, political, and criminal cunning all have their uses.
How the conquest score works
The simulation scores how well each person fits their assigned role, then considers the cabinet as a whole. Authority, leadership, media influence, financial skill, and international diversity can all move the result.
A small battlefield swing keeps the same strategy from producing exactly the same empire every time. Scores range from a diplomatic disaster near zero to complete 195-nation world domination.
